1.Turbine Flow Sensor has a high accuracy, generally up to ±1%R, ±0.5%R, high accuracy up to 0.2%R;

2.Good repeatability, short-term repeatability can reach 0.05%~0.2%. Because of its good repeatability, such as frequent calibration or online calibration can obtain extremely high accuracy, it is the preferred flow meter in trade settlement;

3.pulse output signal, suitable for total measurement and connection with computer, no zero drift, strong anti-interference ability;

4.High frequency signals can be obtained, with high signal resolution;

5.With Wide range, medium and large diameters can reach 1:20, and small diameters are 1:10;

6. Suitable for high-pressure measurement,  and it is easy to make high-pressure meters

7. There are many types of special sensors, which can be designed as various special sensors according to the special needs of users, such as low temperature type, two-way type, downhole type, special type for sand mixing, etc.;

8. Can be made into insert type, suitable for large-caliber measurement, low pressure loss, low price, can be taken out continuously, easy to install and maintain.

Notice when using
1. When using turbine flow sensor, keep the tested liquid clean and free of impurities such as fibers and particles.

2. When the sensor is used, the sensor should be filled with liquid slowly, and then the outlet valve should be opened (the valve should be installed at the back of the flowmeter). It is strictly forbidden that the sensor is impacted by high-speed fluid when it is in a liquid-free state.

3.The maintenance period of the sensor is generally half a year. During maintenance and cleaning, please be careful not to damage the parts in the measuring chamber, especially the impeller. Please pay attention to the position between the guide and the impeller when assembling.

4.When the sensor is not in use, clean the internal liquid, dry it and add protective covers on both ends of the sensor to prevent dust from entering, and then store it in a dry place. (This item is very important)

5. The equipped filter should be cleaned regularly, and the internal liquid should be cleaned when not in use. Just like the sensor, add a dust cover and store it in a dry place.

6.The transmission cable of the sensor can be laid overhead or buried (the iron pipe should be covered when buried.)

7.Before installing the sensor, connect the display instrument or the oscilloscope, turn on the power, blow or turn the impeller by hand to make it rotate quickly to observe whether there is a display, and then install the sensor when there is a display. If there is no display, check the relevant parts and troubleshoot.
