2. Product principle：

The antenna system transmits and receives very short microwave pulses with very low transmitted energy. Radar waves travel at the speed of light. The running time can be converted to a level signal by electronic components. A special time-expansion method ensures stable and accurate measurements over very short periods of time. Even if there are false echoes under complex working conditions, the latest micro-processing technology and debugging software can be used to accurately analyze the echo of the material position.

The antenna receives the reflected microwave pulses and sends them to the electronic circuit. A microprocessor processes the signal and recognizes the echoes generated by the micropulses on the material surface.

The correct echo signal identification is completed through intelligent software, and the accuracy can reach millimeter level. The distance D from the material surface is proportional to the time interval of the pulses:
