The selection model :
1. For the selection of remote transmission type metal tube float rotameter, it is necessary to choose a rotameter suitable for the explosion-proof type requirements of the place of use; when installing, pay attention to the fastening of the casing and the sealing of the wiring port after the meter is energized, and it has reached explosion-proof , Protection and anti-corrosion requirements.
2. For places where the temperature of the measured medium is too high (>120℃) or too low, it is usually necessary to take heat preservation or heat insulation measures for the sensor part of the rotameter to ensure that the signal converter —— the indicator is normal For working environment temperature, high temperature indicator should be selected.
3. For some measured media that need to be insulated or cooled, a jacketed rotameter should be selected. The heating or cooling interface of the standard metal tube float rotor flowmeter adopts DIN2501 DN15 PN1.6 flange connection. If other flanges or threaded connections are required, please specify when ordering.
4. For the unstable pressure of the inlet medium of the rotameter, especially for gas measurement, a damping structure should be selected to ensure accuracy and service life.
5. The pressure level required for the medium is relatively high. When the pressure level exceeds the standard pressure level, please select the high-pressure type structure when selecting the high-pressure type. The high-pressure type adopts HG20595-97 RF necked butt-welded steel pipe flanges. If other standards are used, please specify when ordering.
6. When installing the rotameter, ensure that the verticality of the measuring tube is better than 5%, and a bypass should be installed to facilitate maintenance and cleaning without affecting production.
7. The position for installing the rotameter should ensure that the inlet has a straight pipe section ≥5DN and the outlet is not ≤250mm; if the medium contains ferromagnetic substances, a magnetic filter should be installed in front of the rotameter.
8. The control valve in the measurement and control system should be installed downstream of the rotameter. When used for gas measurement, ensure that the working pressure is not less than 5 times the pressure loss of the rotameter to make the rotameter work stably.
9.Before installing the metal tube float rotameter, the welding slag in the pipeline should be purged clean; when installing, remove the stop element in the rotameter; when using after installation, slowly open the control valve to avoid impact damage to the rotor flow meter.
