Introduction of LDE electromagnetic flowmeter:

1.The LDE electromagnetic flowmeter consists of an electromagnetic flowmeter converter and an electromagnetic flowmeter sensor. There are integrated type, split type, plug-in type. Working principle of LDE electromagnetic flowmeter:

1. The electromagnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction. In the electromagnetic flowmeter, the conductive medium in the measuring tube is equivalent to the conductive metal rod in the Faraday test, and the two electromagnetic coils at the upper and lower ends generate a constant magnetic field. When a conductive medium flows, an induced voltage is generated. Two electrodes inside the pipe measure the induced voltage generated. The measuring tube is electromagnetically isolated from the fluid and the measuring electrode by means of a non-conductive lining (rubber, PTFE, Teflon, etc.).

2. The measurement accuracy of LDE integrated electromagnetic flowmeter is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity. The sensor induced voltage signal has a linear relationship with the average flow rate, so the measurement accuracy is high. There are no obstructions in the measuring pipe, so there is no additional pressure loss; there are no moving parts in the measuring pipe, so the sensor life is extremely long. Since the induced voltage signal is formed in the entire space filled with magnetic field and is an average value on the pipe surface, the straight pipe section required by the sensor is short, and the length is 5 times the pipe diameter. In the sensor part, only the lining and electrodes are in contact with the liquid to be measured. As long as the materials of the electrodes and linings are reasonably selected, they can be resistant to corrosion and wear. The converter adopts the latest and most advanced single chip microcomputer (MCU) and surface mount technology (SMT) in the world, with reliable performance, high precision, low power consumption, stable zero point and convenient parameter setting.
