Technical parameters of compressed air flow measurement
(1), specifications (caliber): 15, 20, 25, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400 (2) Measuring medium: liquid, gas, steam ( saturated steam, superheated steam), special-5-type of medium capable of measuring corrosion resistance.
(3), accuracy (accuracy, accuracy): level 1 The error is within ±1% of the displayed amount or within ±1% of the full scale. Note: For analog output, add ±0.1% of full scale.
(4) Repeatability: Within ±0.2%.
(5), the maximum use pressure: varies depending on the flange specifications, generally 1.6MPa. In special cases, 2.5MPa-4.0MPa can be customized according to the conditions of the measured medium.
(6), the operating temperature range: -10 °C ~ +350 °C. (-10 ° C ~ + 150 ° C low temperature, -1O ° C ~ +250 ° C medium temperature, +250 ° C ~ + 350 ° C high temperature)
(7) Power supply: The DC supply voltage is 24V, and the on-site display type is powered by a 3.6V lithium battery.
(8), output signal: pulse signal, 4-20mA analog signal.
(9) Environmental conditions: temperature -30 ° C ~ +60 ° C, humidity 5% ~ 90%.
(10), flow range: Under the premise of ensuring the measurement accuracy of the vortex flowmeter, the measured flow rate range is: liquid 0.3m / s ~ 7m / s, gas 3m / s ~ 55m / s.

3. For on-site services not arising from manufacturing quality, we shall charge a certain service fee at our discretion based on actual charges incurred such as travel expense;
4. We provide paid repair services for meter damages not arising from manufacturing quality issues or meter damages not within the scope of warranty.
