Introduction of beer flowmeter:

1. The measurement stability of liquid flow is not affected by changes in pressure and conductivity. The average flow rate of the sensing medium of the flow sensor has a linear relationship with the voltage signal, so the measurement accuracy is high.

2. There are no flow parts and blocking parts in the sensor pipeline of the beer flowmeter, so there is no additional pressure loss; there are no moving parts in the sensor pipeline, so the sensor is easy to maintain and has a long service life.

3. Since the induced voltage signal is formed in the full magnetic field and is the average value of the pipe sections, the requirements for the front and rear straight pipe sections required to install the sensor are low, and it is easy to install in small places. The length of the straight pipe section on the front of the sensor is 5D, and the back is 3D (D: pipe diameter).

4. The inside of the beer flow sensor can be matched with a variety of lining materials and a variety of electrode materials, which can meet the requirements that the measured medium is food-grade, such as drinking water, beverages, juices, etc., and can also resist strong acid, strong alkali, and aqua regia and other corrosive media, and also has wear-resistant requirements.

 Neoprene Lining

* Oil resistance, solvent resistance, oxidation resistance, general acid and alkali, salt and other medium corrosion resistance, not resistant to oxidative medium corrosion.

* Has excellent elasticity and wear resistance. But the cold resistance is poor.

*Applicable range: 1.0℃-80℃ non-strong acid, strong alkali, strong oxidizing medium. It can measure abrasive weak sewage, mud and ore pulp.

Polyurethane rubber

* Has excellent wear resistance and elasticity. However, it has poor acid and alkali resistance and cannot be used in water mixed with organic solvents.

*Applicable range: -2.5 degrees -60 degrees, suitable for neutral and strong abrasive pulp, coal slurry, mud, paper pulp, domestic sewage, waste water.

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)

*PTFE is a material with the most stable chemical properties in plastics; it is resistant to boiling hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and aqua regia, concentrated alkali and various organic solvents, but not resistant to chlorine trifluoride, high temperature oxygen fluoride, high flow rate Corrosion of liquid fluorine, liquid oxygen and ozone.

*Poor wear resistance.

*Applicable range: -25 degrees -140 degrees of non-strong wear media, sanitary media.

Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene (F46)

* Hydrophobic and non-sticky.

*Corrosion resistance is second only to PFA.

*When the negative pressure resistance requirement is high, metal mesh can be added to improve the negative pressure resistance ability.

*Poor wear resistance.

*Applicable range: -25 degrees -100 degrees of non-strong wear media, sanitary media.

Polyethylene (PE)

Hastelloy B (HB)

It has good corrosion resistance to all concentrations of hydrochloric acid below the boiling point, and is also resistant to corrosion by non-oxidizing acids, alkalis, and non-oxidizing salt solutions such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and organic acids.

Hastelloy B(HC)

It is resistant to corrosion by oxidizing acids, such as nitric acid, mixed acid or mixed media of chromic acid and sulfuric acid, and also resistant to corrosion by oxidizing salts such as FE+++, CU++ or other oxidants. Such as the corrosion of hypochlorite solution above normal temperature and seawater.

Titanium (Ti)

It is resistant to corrosion by seawater, various chlorides and hypochlorites, oxidizing acids (including fuming nitric acid), organic acids, alkalis, etc., and is not resistant to corrosion by relatively pure reducing acids (such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid). However, if the acid contains oxidants (such as nitric acid, FE+++, CU++), the corrosion will be reduced.

Tantalum (Ta)

Has excellent corrosion resistance, very similar to glass. Except for hydrofluoric acid, fuming sulfuric acid and alkali, it is resistant to corrosion by almost all chemical media (including boiling point hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia and sulfuric acid below 175 degrees), and is not resistant to corrosion in alkali.
Platinum-iridium alloyUsed for all chemical substances, resistant to corrosion (such as acid, alkali, various salts), but not resistant to aqua regia.
